Fitness has been reduced, and in many cases removed from our elementary schools. As a result, the unhealthiness of our kids has grown at an exponential rate. Therefore we have put the focus on fitness with our kids, centered on kickboxing. Our kickbox curriculum focuses on the use of heavy bags, mitt work, strength and conditioning and cardio. Each child will spend 1 hur on the bags, and off their phones. The reamainder outf their time will be spent engaging in activities centric to being active. Indoor soccer, tug of war, bounce arounds, obstacle courses and many other physical activities that promote fitness...and FUN!
